Your Cardio Should Not Exceed 20 Minutes

You are wasting a lot of time if you normally do cardio for more than 20 minutes. Skip the slow cardio and start doing interval training. People who have succeeded in burning fats and maintaining a healthy heart will tell you that interval training is far much better than cardio. It alternates intense body movements with smooth ones. This pushes your body out of its comfort zone, leading to greater results. Try running for five minutes followed by jogging for three minutes and alternate between the two exercises.

Avoid Distractions
